Thank you for shopping with True Count Cards. We sell collectible trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, lots, and related hobby items. Because collectible items are condition-sensitive, market-sensitive, and often one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller while ensuring every transaction is fair and transparent.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


General Return Policy

All sales are considered final unless there is a clear issue with the order, such as:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping.
  • The item was materially different from the listing.
  • An item was missing from the order.
  • There was a fulfillment mistake on our end.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, market price changes, change of mind, duplicate purchases, or disagreements over subjective conditions when the item was accurately pictured and described.


Collectible Card Condition Disclaimer

Raw trading cards are sold as raw, ungraded collectibles. We do our best to provide clear photos, accurate descriptions, and disclose any obvious flaws when applicable.

However, we do not guarantee any raw card will receive a specific grade from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, TAG, or any other grading company.

Raw cards may have minor factory or handling imperfections, including but not limited to:

  • Print lines
  • Roller marks
  • Light surface marks
  • Minor corner or edge wear
  • Centering issues
  • Factory dimples
  • Scratches only visible under certain lighting
  • Slight color or surface differences due to lighting, camera angle, or scanner settings

By purchasing a raw card, the buyer understands that the card is being sold as-is based on the photos and description provided.


Graded Card Policy

Graded cards are sold based on the grade and certification assigned by the grading company, shown in the listing.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds because a buyer disagrees with:

  • The assigned grade
  • The card’s eye appeal
  • The grading company’s opinion
  • Population changes
  • Market value changes
  • Future crossover or regrade results

Please review the photos carefully before purchasing. The slab may show normal signs of handling, such as light scratches, scuffs, or minor case wear unless otherwise stated.
